Our story
Our story began in 2001 with businesses bogged down by clunky, inefficient processes. We knew there had to bo a better way to handle complex content and data, so we got to work.
By 2004, we turned to software solutions, diving into the world of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). Gradually, our software evolved into EHSQ, with our first chemical customer in the port of Antwerp.
From there, we went global, expanding across Europe, the US, and beyond. As our customer list grew, so did our team. We welcomed a bunch of bright TenForcers to our ever-expanding mildly crazy crew.
From day one, we’ve been all about making processes efficient, connecting workflows, and breaking down silos. So, when we joined Elisa IndustrIQ in 2021, it was a natural fit. Now, as part of this complete digital ecosystem, we’re integrating safety, environmental management, and quality control into the bigger manufacturing picture.
Elisa IndustrIQ, part of the Finnish telecom giant, Elisa Corporation, is on a mission to make intelligent manufacturing happen. Together with CalcuQuote, camLine, and SedApta, we’re optimizing manufacturing from top to bottom—from demand forecasting to production.
Our role? We’re here to streamline processes, identify risks before they escalate, and keep a tight grip on quality. Plus, we make sure decision-makers, from the C-suite to the factory floor, have the real-time data they need to work smarter and safer.

In 2021, we landed stateside with the acquisition Process Data Control (PDC) Corp, boosting our capabilities in data acquisition, air emissions management, ESG reporting, and more.
PDC’s journey began over 30 years ago with Jerry and Paul, who had one clear goal: to help some of the biggest names in industry ace their EHS compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
Today, they're still champions for sectors ranging from chemicals to aerospace, streamlining operations and boosting safety every step of the way.
