We are looking for a fellow Functional Technical Analyst, who will be bridging the gap between customer requirements and our technical platform. We like to delight our customers in these fast-paced times, so you’ll be working together with your TenForce colleagues, remaining a true sparring partner for your customers!

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Based on your functional understanding of our platform you help customers identify their requirements and propose solutions
• Untangle complex business processes and propose creative solutions in our flexible platform during customer’s workshops
• From functional analysis & defining features to delivering specifications & user stories to the customers, your hands-on approach is your biggest driver
• You collaborate very closely with the software engineers and the QA team to ensure customer satisfaction all the way to production

Who are we looking for:

• A drive to tackle complex requirements with sustainable solutions
• Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes and procedures of varying complexity.
• Ability to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
• Good knowledge of Software Development methodologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• 2+ years of relevant experience working in an Agile model for a Software Development team
• You have affinity with or a background in engineering 
• Somebody living in Belgium, fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English, French is a plus
